I am a self taught, outsider artist and a photographer (mainly a photographer these days) from the Boston area. Although I enjoy taking all types of photographs from wildlife and landscapes to portraits, my main interest and passion is portraying people in unusual settings, urban photography and surreal photo compilations.

When people view my paintings and photography, they usually think I haven’t found myself in my art after all these years. Both my paintings and my photographs are an eclectic mix of subjects. My art reflects the way I view the world. I can see an appreciate the beauty, despair, absurdity and sadness that exists in everyday life.

One moment I will be photographing the soft, subtle beauty of a perfect rose and the next moment portraying a life wasted or placing a model in an absurd and comical situation.
In all of my art, I attempt to make the viewer think by hinting at more of a story than is immediately visible.
